Social Listening Insights and Strategy Deck

Client: Bank of America, Fortune 500 multinational banking and financial services corporation.

 

Client ask: Help us connect with influencers during Davos.

 

My Tasks: 

  1. Take the corporate reputation list of 2100 target influencers that the PR department has identified and build a social monitor

  2. Analyze their social actions and spot trends day to day

  3. Develop a deck to send to senior executives at the Bank to better understand the influencers

  4. Identify opportunities to engage with them in normal occurrences and during the WEF at Davos

 

Outcome: 

The clients and other agencies used this deck as a basis for social and traditional outreach during the World Economic Forum and to engage with these influential people on a more regular basis.
