Facebook Live Q&A

Client: DEVENEY, an international PR and marketing firm based in New Orleans.

Client ask: Improve the inbound marketing program

My Task:

As I brainstormed inbound marketing options for DEVENEY, I decided we should match our expertise in influencers with Facebook's new live feature.

Planning: We knew reading and answering questions as comments rolled in live would be difficult, so we planned a landing page where our audience could ask questions. This landing page was open for questions two weeks through two days prior to the scheduled live event.

Promotion:  We promoted our Facebook Live Q&A through the company and CEO's social channels. We encouraged our audiences to reply with their questions or go to the landing page. We asked that our audience use the #DEVchat hashtag so we could monitor its usage during and after the event.

The first graphic is a capture of the landing page for our audience to submit their questions on influencer marketing. We optimized this page to capture our user's email addresses. This featured added them to our subscription list and the option continue future communication.

The second image to the left is a popup on our website that lead to the question submission page. For those visiting our website, who we might not have already capturing in our communications, it is a way to engage them quickly.

The third is the graphic we used to promote the event on our social channels.
